เทศบาลตำบลกงไกรลาศ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนน คสล. บริเวณหลังวัดบ้านกร่าง หมู่ ๒ ตำบลบ้านกร่าง อำเภอกงไกรลาศ จังหวัดสุโขทัย เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในการสัญจรในช่วงฤดูฝน และรองรับการขยายตัวของชุมชน โครงการนี้มีลักษณะงานเป็นการก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก กว้าง 4.00 เมตร ยาว 407 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร พร้อมวงเลี้ยวทางร่วม หรือมีพื้นที่คอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กไม่น้อยกว่า 1,650 ตร.ม. ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 470,300 บาท ระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้าง 90 วัน งบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ 940,600 บาท ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 2 ปี และต้องมีและใช้ผู้ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือช่างในอัตราที่กำหนด การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

Kong Krailat Municipality intends to construct a reinforced concrete road in the area behind Wat Ban Krang, Moo 2, Ban Krang Subdistrict, Kong Krailat District, Sukhothai Province, to alleviate the difficulties faced by the public in commuting during the rainy season and to accommodate community expansion. This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete pavement with a width of 4.00 meters, a length of 407 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, including turning areas, with a total reinforced concrete area of not less than 1,650 square meters. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have a track record of similar construction projects with a value of not less than 470,300 Baht. The construction period is 90 days, with a budget of 940,600 Baht. The contractor must guarantee the work against defects for a period of 2 years and must employ certified skilled workers at the specified rate. The selection of bids will be based on the lowest price criterion.
