โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนด้วยแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต บนถนน ลป.ถ. 17-002 ช่วงบ้านนาคตแพะ - บ้านหล่ายทุ่ง ตำบลป่าตัน อำเภอแม่ทะ จังหวัดลำปาง โดยแบ่งการดำเนินงานออกเป็น 2 ช่วง ช่วงแรกมีความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 150.00 เมตร และหนาเฉลี่ย 0.05 เมตร ช่วงที่สองมีความกว้าง 6.00 เมตร ยาว 1,100.00 เมตร และหนาเฉลี่ย 0.05 เมตร

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การขุดซ่อมผิวทางเดิม (DEEP PATCH), การปะซ่อมผิวทาง (SKIN PATCH), การทำ TACK COAT, การทำผิวทางแบบแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต, การตีเส้นแบ่งทิศทางการจราจร และการตีเส้นขอบทางสีขาว ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงชนบท และข้อกำหนดอื่นๆ ที่ระบุใน TOR รวมถึงการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในการจราจรระหว่างการก่อสร้าง

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุที่จะใช้ในงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา

This project aims to improve the road with asphalt concrete on road No. LP. Tor. 17-002, Ban Nakhat Phae - Ban Lai Thung section, Pa Tan Subdistrict, Mae Tha District, Lampang Province. The project is divided into 2 phases: the first phase has a width of 5.00 meters, a length of 150.00 meters, and an average thickness of 0.05 meters; the second phase has a width of 6.00 meters, a length of 1,100.00 meters, and an average thickness of 0.05 meters.

The scope of work includes deep patching of the existing road surface, skin patching, tack coat application, asphalt concrete paving, traffic lane marking, and white edge line marking. The contractor must comply with the Department of Rural Roads standards and other requirements specified in the TOR, including traffic safety management during construction.

The contractor shall use materials manufactured domestically for not less than 60 percent of the value of materials to be used in the whole construction, and use steels manufactured domestically for not less than 90 percent of the volume of steels to be used under the contract.
