โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก บริเวณสายทางเข้าบ่อขยะครบวงจร (ยางปืนตอ ซอย 3) ระยะที่ 2 ในชุมชนเขาโบสถ์ หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลทับมา อำเภอเมืองระยอง จังหวัดระยอง โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือ การก่อสร้างปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก กว้าง 6 เมตร ยาว 340 เมตร หนา 0.25 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 2,040 ตารางเมตร ตามแบบขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดระยอง (อบจ.รย.) นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงงานติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจร เช่น ป้ายเตือน ป้ายแนะนำ และสัญญาณไฟกระพริบเตือน งานตีเส้นจราจร รวมถึง RUMBLE STRIPS และงานวางท่อระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (มอก. ชั้น 3) ขนาด Ø 0.60 เมตร จำนวน 3 ท่อน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องสำรวจระดับผิวจราจรถนนเดิมก่อนการก่อสร้าง และเสนอส่วนผสมของคอนกรีตให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุพิจารณาอนุมัติก่อนดำเนินการ

This project aims to construct and improve a reinforced concrete road on the route to the integrated waste disposal site (Yang Puen Tor Soi 3), Phase 2, in Khao Boht Community, Village No. 7, Tambon Thap Ma, Mueang Rayong District, Rayong Province. The main scope of work includes the construction and improvement of a reinforced concrete road with a width of 6 meters, a length of 340 meters, and a thickness of 0.25 meters, or a total area of not less than 2,040 square meters, according to the design of the Rayong Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO). It also includes the installation of traffic signs such as warning signs, advisory signs, and flashing warning lights, traffic line markings, including RUMBLE STRIPS, and the installation of reinforced concrete drain pipes (TIS Class 3) with a size of Ø 0.60 meters, 3 sections. The contractor must survey the existing road surface level before construction and propose a concrete mix for the Materials Inspection Committee to approve before proceeding.
