โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนลูกรังพร้อมท่อลอดเหลี่ยมคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลขุนพิทักษ์ อำเภอดำเนินสะดวก จังหวัดราชบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรและแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมในพื้นที่ โครงการประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงถนนลูกรังเดิมให้มีความกว้าง 3.00 เมตร ระยะทาง 250.00 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ก่อสร้างไม่น้อยกว่า 750.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมทั้งก่อสร้างท่อลอดเหลี่ยมคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขนาด 3.00 x 3.00 x 6.00 เมตร ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการสำรวจ, วางผัง, ปรับเกลี่ยดิน, ลงลูกรัง, หินคลุก, และก่อสร้างท่อลอดคอนกรีตตามแบบที่กำหนด รวมถึงจัดทำป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการชั่วคราวและถาวร การประเมินผลงานจะพิจารณาจากคุณภาพวัสดุ, ความถูกต้องตามแบบ, และความรวดเร็วในการดำเนินงาน ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดและเสนอแผนการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน

หมายเหตุ: ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

This project involves the construction of a laterite road with a reinforced concrete box culvert in Moo 7, Khun Phithak Subdistrict, Damnoen Saduak District, Ratchaburi Province. The objectives are to facilitate transportation and solve flood problems in the area. The project includes improving the existing laterite road with a width of 3.00 meters and a length of 250.00 meters, or a construction area of at least 750.00 square meters, along with the construction of a 3.00 x 3.00 x 6.00 meter reinforced concrete box culvert. The contractor must conduct surveys, layouts, soil leveling, laterite placement, crushed rock placement, and construct the concrete culvert according to the specified design, including the creation of temporary and permanent project publicity signs. The performance evaluation will consider material quality, accuracy to the design, and speed of execution. Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit a clear work plan.

Note: The contractor must use materials manufactured domestically for at least 60 percent and steel manufactured domestically for at least 90 percent of the total amount used.
