โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารตลาดสดใหม่เพื่อทดแทนอาคารเดิมที่หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลน้ำอ่าง อำเภอตรอน จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลายประการ ได้แก่ เพิ่มพื้นที่การค้าขาย, ปรับปรุงสุขอนามัยของตลาด, จัดระเบียบผู้ค้าและผู้ใช้บริการ, รองรับการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจ, และปรับปรุงอาคารให้มีสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 180 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง และมีการแบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 4 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงานก่อสร้าง ซึ่งครอบคลุมงานรื้อถอน, ปรับปรุงพื้นที่, งานโครงสร้าง, งานหลังคา, งานระบบประปาและไฟฟ้า รวมถึงงานทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง วงเงินงบประมาณในการจัดจ้าง 7,415,760.93 บาท

This project involves the construction of a new fresh market building to replace the existing one at Moo 4, Tambon Nam Ang, Tron District, Uttaradit Province. The objectives of this project are to increase trading space, improve market hygiene, organize vendors and users, support economic growth, and improve the building’s usability. The contractor must complete the construction within 180 days from the date of signing the contract, and the payment will be divided into 4 installments based on the progress of the construction work, which includes demolition work, site improvement, structural work, roofing, plumbing and electrical systems, as well as cleaning the construction area. The budget for procurement is 7,415,760.93 baht.
