สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (กสทช.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผู้รับเหมาเพื่อบำรุงรักษาศูนย์ตรวจสอบคลื่นความถี่ของสำนักงาน กสทช. ส่วนภูมิภาค เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับแผนแม่บทการบริหารคลื่นความถี่ พ.ศ. 2562 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานตามยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 8.3 เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องบำรุงรักษา Hardware และ Software ของศูนย์ตรวจสอบคลื่นความถี่ รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) และการบำรุงรักษาเพื่อซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance: CM) ตามที่ระบุใน TOR ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดให้มีช่างผู้ชำนาญมาตรวจสอบระบบอย่างน้อยเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง และมี Help Desk เพื่อให้บริการช่วยเหลือผู้ใช้งานตลอดวันทำการ กำหนดระยะเวลาการทำงาน 12 เดือน เริ่มตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม 2568 ถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2568 งบประมาณ 800,000 บาท

The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) is seeking a contractor to maintain its regional frequency monitoring center to ensure continuous and efficient system operation. The project aligns with the Frequency Management Master Plan B.E. 2562 (2019), with the objective of effectively implementing Strategy 8.3. The contractor must maintain the hardware and software of the frequency monitoring center, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) as specified in the TOR. The contractor must provide skilled technicians to inspect the system at least once a month and have a Help Desk to assist users throughout business hours. The project duration is 12 months, from January 2025 to December 2025, with a budget of 800,000 Baht.
