This project aims to procure one unit of 4-ton 6-wheel diesel truck for the Phrae Forest Seedling Center under the Forest Plantation Promotion Office. The objective is to enhance the forestry operations of the center, support staff operations in seedling cultivation, develop office areas, public service areas, and provide transportation and distribution of seedlings to government agencies and the general public.

The purchased truck must meet specified requirements such as a cylinder volume of at least 4,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 105 kilowatts, along with a sturdy truck bed and steel frame, and air conditioning. The truck must also comply with specified standards and be registered for ownership transfer to the agency.
