โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบสนับสนุนการทำงานของศูนย์ข้อมูล (Data Center) ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อรองรับการใช้งานของระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของกรมคุมประพฤติ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องให้บริการบำรุงรักษาทั้งแบบป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และแบบแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) ครอบคลุมระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบปรับอากาศ ระบบตรวจจับควันไฟ ระบบดับเพลิง ระบบควบคุมการเข้าออก ระบบตรวจจับน้ำรั่วซึม ระบบแจ้งเตือน ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด และระบบ UPS โดยมีรายการบำรุงรักษาตามที่กำหนดใน TOR อย่างละเอียด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีความสามารถ มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานประเภทเดียวกัน และมีบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ความสามารถเฉพาะทาง โครงการมีระยะเวลา 365 วัน มีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 4 งวดตามผลงานที่แล้วเสร็จ โดยพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 2,840,000 บาท

This project is for the maintenance of the Data Center of the Department of Probation. The objectives are to maintain and repair the data center’s supporting systems to ensure continuous and efficient operation, supporting the Department’s information technology systems. The contractor must provide both preventive and corrective maintenance, covering electrical systems, air conditioning, smoke detection, fire suppression, access control, water leak detection, notification systems, CCTV, and UPS systems, with detailed maintenance items as specified in the TOR. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, have experience in similar work, and have specialized personnel. The project duration is 365 days, with payments divided into 4 installments based on completed work. The selection criteria is based on price, with a total budget of 2,840,000 baht.
