This project aims to procure a 4-ton, 6-wheeled diesel truck with an engine displacement of at least 4,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 105 kilowatts, to support the operations of the Udon Thani Forest Seedling Nursery Center, under the Forest Plantation Promotion Office. The goal is to enhance the capacity of forest management, especially seedling cultivation, office and public service area development, and the transportation and distribution of seedlings to government agencies and the general public.

The scope of work includes providing a 4-ton, 6-wheeled diesel truck that meets specified requirements, such as a diesel engine with a displacement of at least 4,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 105 kilowatts, a sturdy truck bed with a steel frame, and air conditioning, as well as equipment and systems that comply with manufacturer standards.

Bidders must meet the qualifications outlined in the TOR and be able to deliver the vehicle within 90 days from the date of contract signing. They must also handle vehicle registration, annual tax payment, and compulsory insurance, as well as type 1 vehicle accident insurance at their own expense.
