โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) สายพ่อท่านคล้าย หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลท่าช้าง อำเภอบางกล่ำ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยมีขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร และยาว 128.00 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 640.00 ตารางเมตร ตามแบบแปลนที่เทศบาลตำบลท่าช้างกำหนด ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการขุดรื้อผิวทางเดิม การปรับเกลี่ยและบดอัดพื้นทาง การลงลูกรังรองพื้นทางและทรายหยาบ ก่อนเทผิวคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กหนา 0.15 เมตร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรและพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในพื้นที่

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และเหล็กที่ใช้ต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ผู้รับจ้างต้องเสนอแผนการใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศภายใน 30 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และต้องติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการตามข้อกำหนด

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับรอยต่อของถนนคอนกรีต การใช้เหล็กเสริม WELDED WIRE MESH (มอก.737) แทน BAR MESH ได้ โดยต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด และการทำผิวหน้าคอนกรีตให้หยาบโดยการลากไม้กวาด

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road (Reinforced Concrete) on Pho Than Khlai Road, Village No. 5, Tha Chang Subdistrict, Bang Klam District, Songkhla Province. The road will have a width of 5.00 meters and a length of 128.00 meters, with a total area of at least 640.00 square meters, according to the blueprint specified by the Tha Chang Subdistrict Municipality. The scope of work includes demolition of the existing road surface, grading and compaction of the roadbed, laying a subbase of laterite and coarse sand before pouring a 0.15-meter thick reinforced concrete surface. The project aims to facilitate travel and develop infrastructure in the area.

The contractor must use construction materials manufactured domestically for at least 60 percent of the total material value, and the steel used must be a domestic product for at least 90 percent. The contractor must submit a plan for using domestic materials within 30 days of signing the contract and must install project information signs as specified.

In addition, there are details regarding concrete road joints, the use of WELDED WIRE MESH (TIS 737) instead of BAR MESH, which must comply with specified standards, and roughening the concrete surface by sweeping with a broom.
