รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์บนหลังคา (Solar Rooftop) ที่โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ ขนาดกำลังการผลิตติดตั้งไม่ต่ำกว่า 200 กิโลวัตต์ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้พลังงานทดแทนในหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านสาธารณูปโภค เสริมความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้า และลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหาและติดตั้งโครงสร้างรองรับแผงเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ แผงเซลล์แสงอาทิตย์ เครื่องแปลงกระแสไฟฟ้า (Inverter) และแบตเตอรี่สำรองสำหรับห้องควบคุม โดยอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย มีผลงานเกี่ยวกับระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าจากพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ และได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่าย ระบบที่ติดตั้งต้องมีการรับประกันการใช้งาน และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการติดตั้งทางไฟฟ้าล่าสุด
This project aims to procure and install a rooftop solar power generation system (Solar Rooftop) at Prasrimahapho Hospital, with an installed capacity of no less than 200 kilowatts. The objectives are to promote the use of renewable energy in government agencies, reduce utility costs, enhance electrical energy security, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The scope of work includes the supply and installation of solar panel support structures, solar panels, inverters, and backup batteries for the control room. All equipment must meet specified standards.
Bidders must meet legal requirements, have experience with solar power generation systems, and be appointed by the manufacturer or authorized distributor. The installed system must have a warranty and comply with the latest electrical installation standards.
