The project involves the construction of a single-story reinforced concrete (RC) multi-purpose building in Si Maha Phot Subdistrict, Si Maha Phot District, Prachinburi Province. The scope of work includes structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, floors, and roofing, as well as architectural aspects including walls, flooring, doors, windows, sanitary ware, and electrical and plumbing systems. The contractor must adhere strictly to the provided blueprints and specifications. The contractor is required to use industry-standard materials and be liable for any damages incurred during construction. Deliverables include a fully constructed multi-purpose building with functional electrical and plumbing systems, in compliance with the requirements of the Si Maha Phot Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
