ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับโครงการก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดินบริเวณอาคารสำนักงานป้องกัน องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลยางสูง วงเงินงบประมาณ 878,900 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 434,450 บาท ระยะเวลาการก่อสร้าง 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และต้องมีและใช้ผู้มีวุฒิบัตรระดับ ปวช. ปวส. และ ปวท. หรือเทียบเท่าในอัตราไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 10 ของแต่ละสาขาช่าง โดยมีช่างอย่างน้อย 1 คนในแต่ละสาขา วิศวกรรมโยธา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา และมีการปรับราคาค่างานก่อสร้างตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (สูตรค่า K) ผู้สนใจสามารถดาวน์โหลดเอกสารประกวดราคาและยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

Invitation to bid electronically (e-bidding) for the construction project of a retaining wall near the office building of the Yang Sung Subdistrict Administrative Organization, with a budget of 878,900 baht. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and having a similar construction track record of at least 434,450 baht. The construction period is 90 days from the date of signing the contract. The winning bidder must guarantee the defects of the work for a period of not less than 2 years and must have and use personnel with vocational certificates (Por Wor Chor), high vocational certificates (Por Wor Sor), and technical vocational certificates (Por Wor Tor) or equivalent at a rate of not less than 10 percent of each field of expertise, with at least 1 technician in each field of civil engineering. The selection of proposals will be based on price criteria, and construction costs will be adjusted according to the prescribed principles (K-factor formula).
