เทศบาลเมืองมหาสารคามมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ Creative Kids & Technology Room เพื่อใช้ในการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีในโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาล เนื่องจากครุภัณฑ์เดิมไม่เพียงพอต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาชุดการทดลองทางวิทยาศาสตร์ เครื่องกลกำลัง ไฟฟ้าและวงจรไฟฟ้า แก๊สและนิวเมติกส์ และโครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรมและวิศวกรรม โดยมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะของพัสดุที่กำหนดไว้อย่างละเอียด เช่น LEARNING LAB - FORCE AND SIMPLE MACHINE แรงและเครื่องกลอย่างง่าย, LEARNING LAB - ELECTRICITY AND CIRCUIT ไฟฟ้าและวงจรไฟฟ้า, LEARNING LAB - GAS AND PNEUMATICS แก๊สและนิวเมติก, ARCHITECTURE AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING ชุดการเรียนรู้เรื่องโครงสร้างสถาปัตยกรรม และวิศวกรรม

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคล มีผลงานกับหน่วยงานราชการ และต้องนำเสนอแบบรูปรายการ (CATALOG) เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา คณะกรรมการจะพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติและรายละเอียดของครุภัณฑ์ที่เสนอ

Maha Sarakham Municipality intends to purchase Creative Kids & Technology Room equipment for science and technology instruction in municipal schools. This is due to the existing equipment being insufficient for effective teaching. The project aims to provide science experiment kits for force and simple machines, electricity and circuits, gas and pneumatics, and architectural and structural engineering.
