โครงการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ระบบเครือข่ายสารสนเทศพร้อมติดตั้ง โดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายเขตพัฒนาพิเศษภาคตะวันออก (สกพอ.) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาระบบเครือข่ายที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ รองรับการทำงานของ สกพอ. ทั้งที่สำนักงานใหญ่ (อาคารโทรคมนาคมบางรัก กรุงเทพฯ) และสำนักงานสาขา (มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จังหวัดชลบุรี) ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจ, ออกแบบ, จัดหา, ติดตั้ง, เชื่อมต่อ, ตั้งค่า, ทดสอบระบบ, จัดทำเอกสาร, และฝึกอบรม โดยเน้นที่การบูรณาการระบบเครือข่ายทั้งสองสถานที่ให้ทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างราบรื่น รวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบเครือข่ายไร้สาย (Wireless) ที่รองรับทั้งพนักงานและบุคคลภายนอก, ระบบบริหารจัดเก็บข้อมูลจราจรเครือข่าย (Centralized Log), และระบบสำรองข้อมูล (Backup) ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องดำเนินการทั้งหมดให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 180 วัน พร้อมทั้งมีการรับประกันคุณภาพและบริการหลังการขาย (Onsite Support Service) แบบ 24x7x4 เป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

The project, “Procurement and Installation of Information Network Equipment,” is initiated by the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO). The main objective is to acquire a modern and efficient network system to support EECO’s operations at both its headquarters (CAT Telecom Building, Bangkok) and branch office (Burapha University, Chonburi). The scope of work includes site survey, system design, procurement, installation, connection, configuration, system testing, documentation, and training. The project emphasizes seamless integration of network systems at both locations. This includes the installation of a wireless network supporting both employees and guests, a centralized log management system, and a backup system. The successful bidder must complete the entire project within 180 days and provide at least one year of 24x7x4 onsite support service.
