โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) ประจำปีงบประมาณ ๒๕๖๘ ของโครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีแดง (ช่วงบางซื่อ-รังสิต และบางซื่อ-ตลิ่งชัน) ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) งบประมาณ 3,320,000 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อติดตามตรวจสอบผลกระทบด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในพื้นที่โครงการรถไฟฟ้าสายสีแดง ได้แก่ การตรวจวัดระดับเสียงและความสั่นสะเทือนใน 20 สถานีตรวจวัดที่กำหนด การเก็บตัวอย่างและการวิเคราะห์ผลตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด รายละเอียดงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจวัด การปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันและติดตามผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) การส่งมอบรายงานในรูปแบบรูปเล่มและไฟล์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานประเภทเดียวกันไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท และสามารถส่งมอบงานได้ภายใน 45 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้งให้เริ่มงานในแต่ละรอบการส่งมอบงาน

This project is a contract for the annual Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) monitoring for the fiscal year 2025, related to the Red Line electric train project (Bang Sue - Rangsit and Bang Sue - Taling Chan sections), using the e-bidding method, with a budget of 3,320,000 Baht. The main objective is to monitor environmental impacts in the Red Line electric train project area, including noise and vibration level measurements at 20 designated monitoring stations, sample collection, and analysis according to specified standards. The scope of work includes preparing measurement reports, compliance with environmental impact mitigation and monitoring measures (EIA), and delivering reports in both hard copy and electronic file formats. Bidders must meet legal requirements, have experience in similar work of at least 1,000,000 Baht, and be able to deliver the work within 45 days from the date of notification to commence work for each delivery cycle.
