องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลแม่ท้อมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกน้ำอเนกประสงค์ จำนวน 1 คัน ด้วยงบประมาณ 3,500,000 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภคบริโภคของประชาชนในพื้นที่, เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบรรเทาสาธารณภัย, และใช้ในการป้องกันและระงับเหตุอัคคีภัย รถบรรทุกน้ำที่ต้องการเป็นรถชนิด 6 ล้อ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล มีกำลังแรงม้าสูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 240 แรงม้า ติดตั้งตู้บรรทุกน้ำที่มีปริมาตรความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 8,000 ลิตร ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ, และไม่มีส่วนได้เสียกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามที่กำหนดใน TOR โดยพิจารณาจากงบแสดงฐานะการเงิน, ทุนจดทะเบียน, หรือหนังสือรับรองบัญชีเงินฝาก/วงเงินสินเชื่อ

Mae Tho Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) intends to purchase 1 multi-purpose water truck with a budget of 3,500,000 baht. The main objectives are to solve the problem of water scarcity for the people in the area, increase the efficiency of disaster relief, and use it to prevent and suppress fire incidents. The water truck required is a 6-wheel type, diesel engine with a maximum horsepower of not less than 240 horsepower, equipped with a water tank with a capacity of not less than 8,000 liters. Bidders must have the qualifications as prescribed by law, are not bankrupt, are not in the process of liquidation, and have no interest with other bidders. In addition, bidders must have the net value of the business as specified in the TOR, considering the financial statements, registered capital, or bank account/credit line certificate.
