โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบริหารจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อปรับปรุงข้อเสนอโครงการทุนนวัตกรรมสายอาชีพชั้นสูง ปี ๒๕๖๘ ของกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) การประชุมนี้มีขึ้นเพื่อชี้แจงและสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดและหลักการของโครงการฯ ให้กับสถานศึกษาที่ได้รับคัดเลือก รวมถึงพัฒนาและปรับปรุงข้อเสนอโครงการของสถานศึกษาสายอาชีพ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบดูแลความเป็นอยู่และสวัสดิภาพของผู้รับทุน การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอนให้มีคุณภาพ และการส่งเสริมโอกาสในการมีงานทำของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการออกแบบ Key Visual, การจัดเตรียมสถานที่และอุปกรณ์, การจัดเตรียมเอกสาร, การประสานงานกับผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม, การบริหารจัดการระหว่างการประชุม และการจัดทำรายงานสรุปหลังการประชุม ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่ กสศ. กำหนด เช่น ความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่มีสถานะล้มละลาย, และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด การพิจารณาจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาและเกณฑ์คุณภาพ โดยมีน้ำหนักตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR

This project aims to manage a workshop to improve the proposal for the Higher Vocational Innovation Fund Project in 2025 by the Equitable Education Fund (EEF). The workshop is designed to clarify and build understanding of the project’s concepts and principles for selected educational institutions, as well as to develop and improve vocational education institution project proposals. It also includes exchanging knowledge on developing a care system for scholarship recipients, developing high-quality curricula and teaching processes, and promoting employment opportunities for graduates. The scope of work includes designing key visuals, preparing venues and equipment, preparing documents, coordinating with conference participants, managing during the conference, and preparing a post-conference summary report. Bidders must meet the qualifications set by the EEF, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and having a net worth of the business according to the specified criteria. Consideration will be given using price criteria and quality criteria, with weights as specified in the TOR.
