โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยเทศบาลเมืองบางรักพัฒนา จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) และก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดินบริเวณถนนเลียบคลอง หมู่ที่ 5 ตั้งแต่แยกโลตัสถนนจันทร์ทองเอี่ยมไปจนถึงสุดเขตหมู่ที่ 5 ซอยเทศบาล 11/1 ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การก่อสร้างถนน ค.ส.ล. กว้าง 6.20 เมตร ยาว 837 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5,184.40 ตารางเมตร และการก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดิน ค.ส.ล. ยาวรวม 761 เมตร รวมถึงการติดตั้งราวกันตก (GUARD RAIL) ใหม่ ความยาวรวม 738 เมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับการใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณงานเหล็กทั้งหมด

This project, undertaken by Bang Rak Phatthana Municipality in Nonthaburi Province, aims to improve a reinforced concrete (RC) road and construct a retaining wall along the canal-side road in Moo 5, from Lotus Chanthong Iam intersection to the end of Moo 5, Soi Thetsaban 11/1. The scope of work includes the construction of an RC road with a width of 6.20 meters, a length of 837 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, covering an area of not less than 5,184.40 square meters, and the construction of a 761-meter-long RC retaining wall, as well as install new guard rail with 738 meters long. Furthermore, it specifies that materials produced domestically must account for at least 60% of the total construction materials value, and domestically produced steel must account for at least 90% of the total steel used.
