รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในพื้นที่เทศบาลเมืองบางรักพัฒนา จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยจะดำเนินการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) และก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดินตั้งแต่แยกโลตัสถนนจันทร์ทองเอี่ยมจนถึงสุดเขตหมู่ที่ 5 ซอยเทศบาล 11/1 ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- การก่อสร้างถนน ค.ส.ล. ขนาดกว้าง 6.20 เมตร, ยาว 837 เมตร, และหนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 5,184.40 ตารางเมตร
- การก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดิน ค.ส.ล. ยาว 361 เมตร
- งานราวกันตก (ติดตั้ง GUARD RAIL ใหม่) ความยาวรวม = 738 เมตร
- ทำทางเชื่อมถนนเดิม ทำผิวถนนแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต หนา 5 ซม พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 51,00 ตารางเมตร
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการสำรวจพื้นที่ก่อนเสนอราคา, การจัดการสาธารณูปโภค, และการดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นหน้างานโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม รวมถึงต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90
This project aims to improve the infrastructure in Bang Rak Phatthana Municipality, Nonthaburi Province. It involves the renovation of reinforced concrete (RC) roads and the construction of retaining walls from Lotus Chanthong Iam Intersection to the end of Moo 5, Soi Thetsaban 11/1. The scope of work includes:
- Construction of RC roads with a width of 6.20 meters, a length of 837 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, covering an area of not less than 5,184.40 square meters.
- Construction of RC retaining walls with a length of 361 meters.
- GUARD RAIL installation with a total length of 738 meters.
- Connecting to the existing road and paving with asphalt concrete, 5 cm thick, covering an area of not less than 51,00 square meters.
The contractor is responsible for surveying the area before bidding, managing utilities, and resolving any on-site issues without additional costs. They must also use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the project value and domestically produced steel for at least 90% of the steel work.
