โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ตำบลบางนางลี่ อำเภออัมพวา จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมให้มีความสะดวกและปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปูผิวจราจรแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตหนาเฉลี่ย 0.05 เมตร ขนาดกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ระยะทางรวม 257.00 เมตร (พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,285.00 ตร.ม.) การก่อสร้างสะพาน คสล. ขนาดกว้าง 7.00 เมตร ยาว 10.00 เมตร จำนวน 1 แห่ง, งานก่อสร้างกำแพงกันดิน ความยาวรวม 50.00 เมตร, งานติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจร (ป้าย น - 4 จำนวน 2 ชุด) และติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจรบนผิวทาง (พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 61.68 ตร.ม.) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอราคาควรมีสำเนาใบขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ประกอบการวิสาหกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SMEs) (ถ้ามี) และต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุที่จะใช้ในงานก่อสร้างทั้งหมด และใช้เหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา

This project involves the construction of an asphalt concrete road surface to promote tourism in Bang Nang Li Subdistrict, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province. The aim is to improve transportation infrastructure for greater convenience and safety. The scope of work includes paving an asphalt concrete surface with an average thickness of 0.05 meters, a width of 5.00 meters, and a total distance of 257.00 meters (area not less than 1,285.00 sq.m.), construction of a reinforced concrete bridge with a width of 7.00 meters and a length of 10.00 meters (1 bridge), construction of a retaining wall with a total length of 50.00 meters, installation of traffic signs (2 N-4 signs), and installation of traffic markings on the road surface (area not less than 61.68 sq.m.). Bidders should have a copy of the registration certificate for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) (if any) and must use materials manufactured domestically for not less than 60% of the value of all materials used in the construction work, and use steel manufactured domestically for not less than 90% of the total amount of steel required under the contract.
