This project aims to develop a database system for the Committee for Reviewing Draft Laws and Regulations Proposed to the Cabinet (CRLC) in the form of a Web Application. The new system will facilitate efficient storage, retrieval, and management of CRLC data, accessible across various devices (computers, tablets, mobile phones) via web browsers. The system will be designed to be aesthetically pleasing, user-friendly, and modern. The scope of work encompasses system development, data integration with the Secretariat of the Cabinet’s (SOC) internal systems, installation, security implementation, backup plan creation, and training. The system must be capable of storing various data, including the background of the CRLC, CRLC member lists, observations, opinions, meeting results, completed records, reviewed drafts, and drafting manuals. Additionally, the system must support document template creation, electronic signatures, email and SMS notifications, and advanced data searching. The ultimate goal is to enhance the operational efficiency of the CRLC with a modern and secure data management system.
