การไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเหล็กคอนเคเบิลอากาศทางโค้ง สำหรับระบบจำหน่าย 22 kV ตามสเปค RHDW-032/2564 โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เช่น TIS 1227-2558 และ TIS 1499-2563 หรือมาตรฐานที่ใหม่กว่า และต้องมีคุณสมบัติของวัสดุตามที่ระบุ (SM400 หรือ SS400) พร้อมทั้งเอกสารรับรอง
เหล็กคอนเคเบิลอากาศต้องชุบสังกะสีตามมาตรฐาน ASTM A123 โดยมีความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 85 μm และมีการทำเครื่องหมายระบุ “PEA”, ชื่อผู้ผลิต, เกรดเหล็ก, และหมายเลข PO บนตัวผลิตภัณฑ์
การบรรจุหีบห่อต้องเป็นไปตาม Table 1 โดยใช้ลวดสังกะสีขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 4 mm และวางบนพาเลทขนาดไม่เกิน 1.1 m x 1.1 m และสูงไม่เกิน 1.5 m
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นแค็ตตาล็อก แบบรูป รายงานผลการทดสอบ และรายละเอียดการบรรจุหีบห่อ
Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) intends to purchase aerial cable corner support brackets for 22 kV distribution systems according to specification RHDW-032/2564. Bidders must offer products manufactured according to specified standards such as TIS 1227-2558 and TIS 1499-2563 or later editions, and must have the material properties as specified (SM400 or SS400) along with supporting documentation.
The aerial cable corner support brackets must be galvanized according to ASTM A123 with a thickness of not less than 85 μm and marked with “PEA”, manufacturer’s name, steel grade, and PO number on the product.
Packing must comply with Table 1 using galvanized steel wires no less than 4 mm in diameter, placed on pallets no larger than 1.1 m x 1.1 m and no higher than 1.5 m.
Bidders must submit catalogs, drawings, test reports, and packaging details.
