โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานแห่งใหม่ของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคอำเภอเทิง จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงานสูง 3 ชั้น ขนาด 13.50x28.90 เมตร ซึ่งรวมถึงงานสถาปัตยกรรม, วิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง (มีการใช้เสาเข็มคอนกรีตขนาด 0.26x0.26x8.00 เมตร), ระบบสุขาภิบาล, ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบสัญญาณและอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย, ระบบสื่อสาร, ระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ นอกจากนี้ยังมีงานภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคาร, การสร้างรั้วและประตู, การทำถนนและลาน ค.ส.ล., การวางรางระบายน้ำและบ่อพัก ตลอดจนงานรื้อถอนสิ่งก่อสร้างเดิมบางส่วน โดยทั้งหมดต้องเป็นไปตามแบบรูปรายการและข้อกำหนดของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค
The project involves the construction of a new 3-story office building, sized 13.50x28.90 meters, for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) in Thoeng District, Chiang Rai Province. The scope includes architectural and structural engineering work (using concrete piles), sanitary systems, electrical systems, signal and network equipment systems, communication systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems. It also encompasses landscaping, fence and gate construction, concrete road and yard construction, drainage systems, and related works as detailed in the drawings and specifications.
