โครงการปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมบ้านเด็ก จำนวน 4 หลัง ณ สถานพัฒนาและฟื้นฟูเด็ก จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้บ้านเด็กทั้ง 4 หลัง มีสภาพพร้อมใช้งานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัยต่อผู้อยู่อาศัย และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้รับบริการ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการปรับปรุงทั้งภายในและภายนอกอาคาร รวมถึงงานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การรื้อถอน, ติดตั้งหลังคา Metal Sheet, ก่อผนัง, เทพื้น, วางระบบประปาและระบายน้ำ, เดินระบบไฟฟ้า, ปูกระเบื้อง, ติดตั้งฝ้าเพดาน, ติดตั้งประตูหน้าต่าง, ติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์, ทาสี, ทำลานตากผ้า, เทคอนกรีตทางเดิน, และเชื่อมต่อระบบสาธารณูปโภคเข้ากับระบบเดิม โครงการนี้เน้นความปลอดภัยของเด็กเป็นสำคัญ เนื่องจากมีการชำรุดของอาคารเดิม โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งระบบไฟฟ้าที่อาจเป็นอันตราย การปรับปรุงนี้จะช่วยให้เด็ก ๆ มีสภาพความเป็นอยู่ที่ดียิ่งขึ้น

This project involves the renovation and repair of four children’s houses at the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center in Chonburi Province. The main objective is to ensure that the four houses are in efficient working condition, safe for residents, and meet the needs of service recipients. The scope of work covers both interior and exterior renovations, including related system works such as demolition, Metal Sheet roof installation, wall construction, floor pouring, plumbing and drainage systems, electrical systems, tiling, ceiling installation, door and window installation, sanitary ware installation, painting, laundry area construction, concrete walkway pouring, and connection of utility systems to the existing system. This project prioritizes the safety of children, as there are existing building damages, particularly in the electrical system that may be dangerous. This renovation will help provide children with a better living environment.
