โครงการนี้เป็นการซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling บนทางหลวงท้องถิ่น สร.ถ. 10028 ช่วงบ้านยางชุม - บ้านลู่นาหนองไผ่ ในตำบลครีณรงค์และนาหนองไผ่ อำเภอชุมพลบุรี จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โครงการแบ่งออกเป็นสองช่วง ช่วงแรกเป็นการซ่อมผิวทางเดิมด้วยวิธี Overlay ระยะทาง 18 เมตร และช่วงที่สองเป็นการซ่อมสร้างด้วยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ระยะทาง 2.065 กิโลเมตร รวมระยะทางทั้งสิ้น 2.083 กิโลเมตร โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อปรับปรุงผิวทางให้มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และปลอดภัยในการสัญจรมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการทำ Deep Patching, Skin Patching (ถ้ามี), Tack Coat หรือ Prime Coat, การปรับปรุงชั้นพื้นทางเดิมโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling ด้วยการผสมปูนซีเมนต์, การลงหินคลุกปรับระดับ, และการทำผิวทางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต หนา 5 เซนติเมตร พร้อมตีเส้นแบ่งทิศทางจราจร ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และต้องรายงานการใช้พัสดุส่งเสริมการผลิตภายในประเทศต่อหน่วยงานของรัฐ

This project involves the rehabilitation of asphalt concrete pavement using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method on local highway Sor.Tor. 10028, Ban Yang Chum - Ban Lu Na Nong Phai section, in Khiri Narong and Na Nong Phai sub-districts, Chumphon Buri district, Surin province. The project is divided into two sections: the first section involves overlaying the existing pavement for a distance of 18 meters, and the second section involves rehabilitation using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method for a distance of 2.065 kilometers, totaling 2.083 kilometers. The goal is to improve the pavement’s strength, durability, and safety for traffic. The scope of work includes Deep Patching, Skin Patching (if any), Tack Coat or Prime Coat, base course improvement using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method with cement mixing, crushed rock leveling, and asphalt concrete pavement construction with a thickness of 5 centimeters, along with traffic lane marking. The contractor must use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the total material value and must report the use of domestically promoted materials to the government agency.
