โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตโดยใช้วิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling บนถนนสาย สร.ถ. 10017 ซึ่งเป็นเส้นทางเชื่อมระหว่างบ้านทับทัน หมู่ 1 และบ้านโนง หมู่ 5 ในตำบลทับทันและศรีสุข อำเภอลังขะ จังหวัดสุรินทร์ โครงการแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ช่วง ได้แก่ ช่วงที่ 1 ตั้งแต่ กม. 4+025 ถึง กม. 4+520 และช่วงที่ 2 ตั้งแต่ กม. 5+425 ถึง กม. 6+145 รวมระยะทางทั้งสิ้น 1.215 กิโลเมตร โดยมีผิวจราจรกว้าง 6.00 เมตร

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงชั้นพื้นทางเดิมโดยวิธี Pavement In-Place Recycling, การทำ Deep Patching, การลงหินคลุกปรับระดับ, การ Prime Coat พื้นทาง และการทำผิวทางแบบ Asphaltic Concrete รวมถึงการตีเส้นแบ่งทิศทางจราจร ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด และต้องใช้เหล็กหรือเหล็กกล้าที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของมูลค่าเหล็กที่ใช้

เป้าหมายหลักของโครงการคือการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างถนนให้มีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และปลอดภัยต่อการใช้งานมากยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการสัญจรและขนส่งในพื้นที่

This project aims to repair and reconstruct asphalt concrete pavements using the Pavement In-Place Recycling method on road No. Sor.Tor. 10017, connecting Ban Thap Than (Moo 1) and Ban Nong (Moo 5) in Tambon Thap Than and Si Suk, Amphoe Langkha, Surin Province. The project is divided into two sections: Section 1 from km 4+025 to km 4+520, and Section 2 from km 5+425 to km 6+145, with a total distance of 1.215 kilometers and a road width of 6.00 meters.

The scope of work includes improving the existing road base using Pavement In-Place Recycling, Deep Patching, applying crushed rock for leveling, Prime Coating the road surface, and constructing an Asphaltic Concrete surface, including lane marking. The contractor must use materials produced domestically for not less than 60 percent of the total value, and steel produced domestically not less than 90 percent of total steel.

The project’s main goal is to enhance the road structure’s strength, durability, and safety, as well as improve traffic and transportation efficiency in the area.
