องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลปรือ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยาง หมู่ที่ ๓ บ้านบักดอก ตำบลปรือ เชื่อมตำบลตานี กว้าง 5 เมตร ยาว 479 เมตร หนา 5 เซนติเมตร หรือพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 2,874 ตารางเมตร เพื่อให้ราษฎรได้รับความสะดวกในการสัญจรและพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน งบประมาณในการก่อสร้างคือ 1,989,200 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 994,600 บาท

โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ได้ถนนที่มีคุณภาพและใช้งานได้นาน โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามรูปแบบและรายการที่กำหนด รวมถึงใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน มทช.230-2563 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด

การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาโดยพิจารณาจากราคารวม และจะจ่ายเงินเป็นจำนวน 1 งวด เมื่อผู้รับจ้างได้ปฏิบัติงานทั้งหมดให้แล้วเสร็จ ภายใน 100 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

Pru Sub-district Administrative Organization intends to construct an asphalt concrete road in Moo 3, Ban Bak Dok, Pru Sub-district, connecting to Tani Sub-district, with a width of 5 meters, a length of 479 meters, and a thickness of 5 centimeters, or an area of not less than 2,874 square meters, to provide convenience for residents and develop infrastructure. The construction budget is 1,989,200 Baht. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and have a similar construction track record of not less than 994,600 Baht.

The objective of this project is to obtain a high-quality and durable road. The contractor must carry out the construction according to the specified formats and items, including the use of quality materials according to TISI standard 230-2563. The contractor must use materials produced domestically at least 60 percent and steel produced domestically at least 90 percent of the total amount used.

The selection of bids will be based on price criteria, considering the total price. Payment will be made in 1 installment upon completion of all work within 100 days from the date of signing the contract. The contractor must guarantee the defects of the work for a period of not less than 2 years.
