โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตั้งระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด (CCTV System) จำนวน 15 ตัว ในพื้นที่ตำบลทับปริก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดกระบี่ เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยว รวมถึงป้องกันอาชญากรรมและดูแลสถานที่ราชการ โดยมีงบประมาณดำเนินการ 2,000,000 บาท (สองล้านบาทถ้วน)

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิด, เครื่องบันทึกภาพ, เครื่องสำรองไฟฟ้า, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ, โทรทัศน์ LED, ตู้ CCTV Cabinet, อุปกรณ์แปลงสัญญาณไฟเบอร์ออฟติค, สายใยแก้วนำแสง, ถาด ODF, ชุดแผงวงจรไฟฟ้าภายในตู้ CCTV, สายใยแก้วนำแสงสำเร็จรูป, สายนำสัญญาณ Cat5e Outdoor, หัวต่อสาย Fiber Optic, อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไฟฟ้าลัดวงจร, และอุปกรณ์ค้นหาเส้นทางเครือข่าย (Router) โดยอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดต้องเป็นของใหม่และมีคุณภาพตามที่กำหนด

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000,000 บาท และมีการรับประกันสินค้าไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบการชำรุดเสียหายของวัสดุอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลา 2 ปี และต้องแก้ไขภายใน 15 วันหลังจากได้รับการแจ้ง

This project aims to install 15 CCTV systems in Thap Prik Subdistrict, Mueang Krabi District, Krabi Province. The objectives are to enhance the safety and security of residents and tourists, prevent crime, and protect government facilities. The allocated budget is 2,000,000 baht (two million baht).

The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of CCTV cameras, video recorders, power backup, network switches, LED TVs, CCTV cabinets, fiber optic media converters, fiber optic cables, ODF trays, CCTV cabinet internal circuit boards, fiber optic patch cords, Cat5e outdoor cables, fiber optic connectors, surge protection devices, and network routers. All equipment must be new and of specified quality.

Bidders must meet certain qualifications, such as having a similar project record of at least 1,000,000 baht. A minimum 2-year product warranty is required. The contractor is responsible for material and equipment defects for 2 years and must resolve issues within 15 days of notification.
