งานประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับงานปรับปรุงอาคารผู้ป่วยในนิติจิตเวชและยาเสพติด ๕ ชั้น หลังที่ ๑ บริเวณชั้นที่ ๑-๓ ณ สถาบันกัลยาณ์ราชนครินทร์ เขตทวีวัฒนา กรุงเทพมหานคร โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบปรับอากาศให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการแก้ไขระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบสุขาภิบาล โดยมีขอบเขตงานที่ครอบคลุมการเปลี่ยนท่อสารทำความเย็น, ฉนวนหุ้มท่อ, ท่อน้ำทิ้ง, และการปรับปรุงฝ้าเพดาน มีการกำหนดคุณสมบัติของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอ, รายละเอียดวัสดุ-อุปกรณ์, และเงื่อนไขการส่งมอบงานอย่างชัดเจน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีผลงาน, คุณสมบัติ, และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด อีกทั้งมีการระบุระยะเวลาการส่งมอบงานภายใน 180 วัน และการจ่ายเงินเป็น 4 งวด นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการกำหนดเกณฑ์การประเมินข้อเสนอโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก
