องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดนนทบุรี มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์วิทยาศาสตร์หรือการแพทย์ กลุ่มเครื่องมือติดตามการทำงานของหัวใจและสัญญาณชีพ จำนวน 5 รายการ เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี ในการให้บริการประชาชนให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากครุภัณฑ์ที่มีอยู่เดิมมีจำนวนไม่เพียงพอ บางส่วนเสื่อมสภาพและชำรุดบ่อยครั้ง การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้จะช่วยให้ รพ.สต. สามารถให้บริการผู้ป่วยได้อย่างทั่วถึง และรองรับจำนวนผู้ป่วยที่คาดว่าจะเพิ่มขึ้นในอนาคต ครุภัณฑ์ที่จะจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย เครื่องตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจพร้อมระบบวิเคราะห์ผล (9 เครื่อง), เครื่องวัดความดันชนิดพกพา (17 เครื่อง), เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตชนิดอัตโนมัติพร้อมวัดความอิ่มตัวของออกซิเจนในเลือด (5 เครื่อง), เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตชนิดอัตโนมัติแบบสอดแขน (11 เครื่อง), และเครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตแบบปรอทตั้งพื้น (2 เครื่อง) และ เครื่องวัดความดันโลหิตอัตโนมัติ ชนิดมีล้อเลื่อน (1 เครื่อง) รวมทั้งหมด 6 ชนิด ผู้สนใจเสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และต้องจัดส่งมอบครุภัณฑ์ พร้อมทั้งสาธิตการใช้งาน ณ สถานที่ที่กำหนด

The Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization intends to procure 5 types of medical equipment for monitoring heart function and vital signs. This procurement aims to support the operations of Sub-district Health Promoting Hospitals (SHPHs) in Nonthaburi Province in providing services to the public more effectively. The existing equipment is insufficient, with some items being deteriorated and frequently damaged. This procurement will enable the SHPHs to provide comprehensive patient care and accommodate the expected increase in patients in the future. The equipment to be procured includes: ECG machines with analysis systems (9 units), portable blood pressure monitors (17 units), automatic blood pressure monitors with blood oxygen saturation measurement (5 units), automatic arm-in blood pressure monitors (11 units), and mercury sphygmomanometers (floor-standing) (2 units) and automatic blood pressure monitors (wheel type) (1 units), a total of 6 items. Bidders must be juristic persons with the specified qualifications and must deliver the equipment and provide a demonstration of use at the designated locations.
