ประกาศนี้เป็นการเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุคอมพิวเตอร์ จำนวน 5 รายการ ให้กับสถาบันโรคทรวงอก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีวัสดุสำรองจ่ายเพียงพอต่อความต้องการของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในสถาบันฯ รายการพัสดุที่ต้องการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย หมึกพิมพ์ HP และ CANON รุ่นต่างๆ รวมทั้งสิ้น 6 รายการ จำนวนรวม 765 กล่อง งบประมาณในการจัดซื้อครั้งนี้อยู่ที่ 5,462,988.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในประกาศ เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคลผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคา มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้ผลิตต้องเป็นโรงงานที่ได้มาตรฐาน ISO9001 และ ISO14001 กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2568 โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอที่ราคาต่ำสุดและมีคุณสมบัติผ่านเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของที่ซื้อขายเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี
