โครงการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะแบบอัดท้าย ขนาด 5 ตัน 6 ล้อ จำนวน 1 คัน ของเทศบาลตำบลท่าช้างคล้อง อ.ผาขาว จ.เลย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในเขตเทศบาลให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่ ลดปัญหาขยะตกค้าง และส่งเสริมการจัดการขยะอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รถบรรทุกขยะที่จะจัดซื้อต้องมีขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ลบ.ม. สามารถรับน้ำหนักขยะได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 5,000 กก. และมีกำลังเครื่องยนต์ไม่น้อยกว่า 240 แรงม้า หรือ 170 กิโลวัตต์ การจัดซื้อจะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุดในการพิจารณา ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีอาชีพขายรถยนต์, มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, และอื่นๆ ตามระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะเวลาส่งมอบภายใน 150 วัน หลังทำสัญญา มีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของรถยนต์และอุปกรณ์ งบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 2,500,000 บาท

This project involves the purchase of one 5-ton, 6-wheel garbage truck with a rear-loading compactor for the Tha Chang Khlong Subdistrict Municipality, Pha Khao District, Loei Province. The truck must have a capacity of at least 10 cubic meters, can carry a waste load of not less than 5,000 kg, and have an engine power of not less than 240 horsepower or 170 kW. The procurement will be carried out through electronic bidding (e-bidding), using the lowest price criterion. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, such as being a vehicle seller, having legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and other requirements according to regulations. The delivery period is within 150 days after signing the contract. There is a warranty for defects in the vehicle and equipment. The budget for this project is 2,500,000 baht.
