โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อพัสดุเพื่อซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาระบบประปาในอาคารและคลังของกรมสรรพาวุธทหารเรือ (สพ.ทร.) จำนวน 131 รายการ งบประมาณรวม 1,061,660 บาท พัสดุที่จะจัดซื้อนี้จะนำไปใช้ในการซ่อมบำรุงระบบประปาของอาคารทดสอบสรรพาวุธ, คลังเก็บ, กองอาวุธปล่อยนำวิถี, กองอาวุธใต้น้ำ และกลุ่มคลังที่กองสนับสนุน สพ.ทร. รับผิดชอบ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ระบบประปามีสภาพพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องยื่นเอกสารหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) การพิจารณาผลจะพิจารณาจากคุณสมบัติและราคาที่เสนอ ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเคร่งครัด และผลการปฏิบัติงานจะถูกนำมาประเมินเพื่อประกอบการพิจารณาในอนาคต

โดยรายการพัสดุที่จัดซื้อมีตั้งแต่ท่อ PVC ขนาดต่างๆ, ข้องอ, ข้อต่อตรง, ข้อต่อสามทาง, และข้อต่อเกลียวใน ซึ่งทุกรายการต้องมีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน มอก. ที่กำหนด

This project involves the procurement of materials for repairing and maintaining the plumbing systems in the buildings and warehouses of the Naval Ordnance Department, totaling 131 items. The total budget is 1,061,660 Baht. These materials will be used to maintain the plumbing systems of the ordnance testing building, storage warehouses, guided missile division, underwater ordnance division, and warehouse groups under the responsibility of the support division. The goal is to ensure the continuous operational readiness of the plumbing systems. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and submit the required documents through the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP). The evaluation will be based on qualifications and the proposed price. The selected bidder must strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations, and their performance will be evaluated for future considerations.

The procured items range from PVC pipes of various sizes, elbows, straight couplings, tee junctions, and threaded couplings. All items must meet the TIS standards.
