โครงการนี้แบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น 3 งวดตามความสำเร็จของงานที่กำหนดไว้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าปรับหากทำงานล่าช้า หรือจ้างช่วงงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต วงเงินราคากลางของโครงการอยู่ที่ 2,018,246.80 บาท (สองล้านหนึ่งหมื่นแปดพันสองร้อยสี่สิบหกบาทแปดสิบสตางค์) ซึ่งรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้ว
