เทศบาลตำบลเวียง อำเภอเชียงของ จังหวัดเชียงราย มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างศาลาฌาปนสถานบ้านทุ่งนาน้อย หมู่ที่ ๑๑ ตามแบบแปลนที่เทศบาลกำหนด โดยใช้งบประมาณจากเทศบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างในครั้งนี้ ในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 317,300 บาท โดยเป็นผลงานในสัญญาเดียวที่ได้ส่งมอบงานและตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และต้องแก้ไขให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 15 วันหลังจากได้รับแจ้งเหตุชำรุดบกพร่อง กำหนดให้ใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ต้องใช้ทั้งหมด

The contractor must guarantee the work’s defects for a period of not less than 2 years and must complete the repairs within 15 days of notification. Domestically produced materials must be used for at least 60%, and domestically produced steel for at least 90% of the total required amount.
