โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างเขื่อนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กริมหลอดแสนสุข จากบริเวณร้านทุ่งนาคาเฟ่ ถึงที่ดินบริษัท โตโยต้าฯ หมู่ที่ ๓ ตำบลคลองประเวศ ขนาดความสูง 1.75 เมตร ความยาว 406.40 เมตร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกที่มีรอยแตกร้าวและดินสไลด์ ซึ่งอาจเป็นอันตรายต่อประชาชนและผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนน โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อป้องกันการพังทลายของผิวจราจรและดินสไลด์ รวมถึงบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนผู้ใช้เส้นทางสัญจรดังกล่าว

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การตอกเสาเข็มคอนกรีตอัดแรง, การหล่อและวางแผ่นคอนกรีต, งานขุดดินและกลบปรับดิน, งานเทคานคอนกรีต, การติดตั้งรั้วคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูป, งานลงหินคลุกพร้อมปรับเกลี่ย, และงานทาสีน้ำอะคริลิค ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 150 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าทั้งหมด

งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 4,207,854.89 บาท ผู้ยื่นเสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 2,103,927 บาท

This project aims to construct a reinforced concrete retaining wall along the Saen Suk canal, from the Thung Na Cafe area to the Toyota company land, Moo 3, Khlong Prawet Subdistrict, with a height of 1.75 meters and a length of 406.40 meters. The project addresses the issue of cracked asphalt roads and landslides, which pose a danger to the public and road users. The objectives are to prevent road surface collapse and landslides and to alleviate the difficulties faced by the public using the route.

The scope of work includes driving prestressed concrete piles, casting and placing concrete slabs, excavation and backfilling, concrete beam casting, installation of precast concrete fences, crushed rock placement and leveling, and acrylic paint application. The contractor must complete the work within 150 days from the contract signing date and must use materials manufactured domestically for no less than 60% of the total value.

The allocated budget for this project is 4,207,854.89 Baht. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have a similar construction track record of no less than 2,103,927 Baht.
