โครงการนี้จัดโดยกองทุนเพื่อความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา (กสศ.) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระดับนานาชาติ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือ การเพิ่มพูนองค์ความรู้ด้านการส่งเสริมศักยภาพและลดความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษา โดยนำบทเรียนและนวัตกรรมจากประเทศที่มีความก้าวหน้ามาปรับใช้ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องการเป็นเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างผู้กำหนดนโยบาย ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และภาคีเครือข่าย เพื่อเสริมสร้างความร่วมมือและประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน รวมถึงสร้างความตระหนักรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับปัญหาความเหลื่อมล้ำทางการศึกษา ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การจัดเตรียมพื้นที่สำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ การวางแผนการดำเนินงานโครงการ การบริหารจัดการพื้นที่ และการจัดสัมมนาวิชาการ ผู้ที่สนใจยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดสัมมนาวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างความเสมอภาคทางการศึกษา และมีแผนการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน โดยจะมีการพิจารณาคัดเลือกจากแผนการดำเนินงาน ประสบการณ์ และผลงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงความพร้อมขององค์กรและทีมงาน

โครงการนี้มุ่งหวังที่จะยกระดับความเข้าใจด้านการศึกษา ลดความเหลื่อมล้ำ และพัฒนาศักยภาพในสังคมไทย โดยการแบ่งปันนวัตกรรมการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ และบทเรียนจากประเทศที่มีความก้าวหน้า ทั้งในระดับนโยบายและระดับปฏิบัติ

This project, organized by the Equitable Education Fund (EEF), aims to create an international knowledge exchange platform. The main objectives are to enhance knowledge in promoting potential and reducing educational inequality by adapting lessons and innovations from advanced countries. It also aims to serve as a learning exchange platform between policymakers, practitioners, and partners to strengthen cooperation and operational efficiency, as well as to raise awareness and understanding of educational inequality issues both domestically and internationally.

The main scope of work includes preparing the space for knowledge exchange, project planning, area management, and organizing academic seminars. Interested bidders must have experience in organizing academic seminars related to promoting educational equity and have a clear operational plan. Selection will be based on the operational plan, experience, and related works, as well as the readiness of the organization and team.

This project hopes to enhance understanding of education, reduce inequality, and develop potential in Thai society by sharing educational innovations, experiences, and lessons from advanced countries at both the policy and practical levels.
