โครงการก่อสร้างหอถังประปาห้วยโคลน หมู่ที่ 7 ตำบลควนปริง อำเภอเมืองตรัง จังหวัดตรัง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ดังกล่าวมีน้ำใช้อุปโภคบริโภคที่มีคุณภาพน้ำดีขึ้น โดยมีรายละเอียดขอบเขตงานดังนี้:

• ก่อสร้างหอถังประปาสูง 20 เมตร ขนาด 20 ลูกบาศก์เมตร (รูปทรงถ้วยแชมเปญ) พร้อมป้ายชื่อโครงการ ตามแบบแปลน อบต.ควนปริง
• ติดตั้งถังกรองสนิมเหล็ก ขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 1.15 เมตร สูง 1.20 เมตร พร้อมวาล์วขนาด 3 นิ้ว ภายในบรรจุกรวดกรองน้ำและทรายกรองน้ำ
• ติดตั้งปั้มสูบน้ำแบบจุ่มใต้น้ำ ขนาด 1.5 แรงม้า 220V พร้อมตู้ควบคุมอัตโนมัติ
• งานประสานท่อเข้าระบบประปาเดิม โดยใช้อุปกรณ์ใหม่ชนิดดี
• งานขยายเขตไฟฟ้าแรงต่ำ ติดตั้งมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าขนาด 15 แอมป์ 1 เฟส พร้อมสายพาด
• งานอื่นๆ ตามรูปแบบและรายการก่อสร้าง
  ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมดตามสัญญา ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้าง 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง

The project involves the construction of the Huai Khlon water tower, Village No. 7, with the primary objective of improving the quality of water for consumption and domestic use for the local residents. The scope of work includes:

• Construction of a 20-meter high, 20 cubic meter water tower (champagne glass shape) with a project sign, according to the Khuan Pring Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s blueprint.
• Installation of a rust removal filter tank with a diameter of 1.15 meters and a height of 1.20 meters, including a 3-inch valve, filled with water filter gravel and sand.
• Installation of a 1.5 horsepower 220V submersible water pump with an automatic control cabinet.
• Integration of pipes into the existing water supply system using new, high-quality equipment.
• Low-voltage electrical extension work, including the installation of a 15-amp, 1-phase electrical meter with wiring.
• Other works as per the construction plans and specifications.
  The contractor must use domestic materials for at least 60% of the project value and domestic steel for at least 90% of the total steel used in the contract. The construction period is 90 days from the contract signing date.
