โครงการระบบประปาเทศบาล แบบบาดาลขนาดใหญ่ หมู่ที่ ๑ ตําบลไผ่ล้อม อําเภอลับแล จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำบาดาลที่ไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของประชาชน และเพื่อให้ประชาชนมีน้ำอุปโภคบริโภคในช่วงฤดูแล้ง โดยโครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างระบบประปาเทศบาลแบบบาดาลขนาดใหญ่ พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการวางท่อจ่ายน้ำประปาเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การปรับพื้นที่ก่อสร้าง, การปักผังแสดงจุดที่ตั้งอาคาร, การเจาะสำรวจดิน, การตอกเสาเข็ม (ถ้ามี), การทำฐานราก, การหล่อคอนกรีต, การก่อสร้างโรงสูบ, การติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำ, การก่อสร้างฐานวางถังกรองน้ำและถังน้ำใส, การติดตั้งถังกรองน้ำและถังน้ำใส, การติดตั้งหอถังสูง, และการวางท่อจ่ายน้ำประปา
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี โดยจะต้องทำการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขให้ใช้งานได้ดีดังเดิมภายใน 15 วันหลังจากได้รับแจ้งความชำรุดบกพร่อง
The project, a large-scale groundwater-based municipal water system in Moo 1, Phai Lom Subdistrict, Laplae District, Uttaradit Province, aims to address the problem of insufficient groundwater for the residents’ needs and to provide water for consumption during the dry season. The project involves the construction of a large-scale groundwater-based municipal water system, including the installation of related equipment and the laying of water supply pipes for normal system operation.
The scope of work includes site preparation, layout of building locations, soil investigation drilling, pile driving (if any), foundation construction, concrete casting, pump house construction, installation of water pumps, construction of filter tank and clear water tank foundations, installation of filter tanks and clear water tanks, installation of elevated water tanks, and laying of water supply pipes.
The contractor must complete the work within 120 days from the date of signing the contract and must guarantee the work against defects for a period of not less than 2 years, with repairs to be completed within 15 days of notification of the defect.
