โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต โดยมีพื้นทางเป็นหินคลุกผสมซีเมนต์และน้ำยาโพลิเมอร์ ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ตำบลหนองปลิง อำเภอเลาขวัญ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนด้านการคมนาคมของประชาชนในพื้นที่ รวมถึงยกระดับคุณภาพถนนให้ใช้งานได้นานขึ้น และสนับสนุนการขนส่งพืชผลทางการเกษตรได้อย่างสะดวกและรวดเร็ว ก่อสร้างถนน รหัสทางหลวงท้องถิ่น กจ.ถ.๑๐๙-๒๓ สายบะลังกา-เด่นคนงาม กว้าง 5 เมตร ยาว 1,600 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 4,600 ตารางเมตร ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคาในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 50% ของงบประมาณโครงการ กำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 90 วัน และมีการแบ่งงวดงานพร้อมการจ่ายเงินตามความคืบหน้าของงาน มีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลา 2 ปี โครงการนี้ใช้งบประมาณ 9,940,000 บาท

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have construction experience of the same type as the project, with a value of not less than 50% of the project budget.
