โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบแผนที่ภาษีและทะเบียนทรัพย์สินของเทศบาลเมืองใหม่บางบัวทอง ให้สอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. 2562 โดยจะทำการสำรวจข้อมูลภาคสนามและบันทึกลงในโปรแกรม LTAX Online และ LTAX GIS ของกรมส่งเสริมการปกครองท้องถิ่น ครอบคลุมพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 1 และหมู่ที่ 13 ในเขตเทศบาลเมืองใหม่บางบัวทอง จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 4,500 แปลง

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดทำแผนที่ภาพถ่ายทางอากาศความละเอียดสูงด้วยอากาศยานไร้คนขับ (UAV) ติดตั้งกล้องถ่ายภาพมุมเฉียง 5 ทิศทาง (Oblique Camera) และจัดทำแผนที่แบบจำลอง 3 มิติ (3D City Model) เพื่อให้ข้อมูลมีความทันสมัย ถูกต้อง แม่นยำ และสามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

เป้าหมายสำคัญของโครงการคือการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บรายได้ของเทศบาล การบริการประชาชนผู้เสียภาษี และการนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการบริหารจัดการและวางแผนพัฒนาพื้นที่อย่างยั่งยืน โดยมีการอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ให้สามารถใช้งานระบบแผนที่ภาษีและทะเบียนทรัพย์สินได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

This project aims to develop and improve the tax map and property registration system of Muang Mai Bang Bua Thong Municipality, in accordance with the Land and Building Tax Act B.E. 2562. Field surveys will be conducted and data will be recorded in the LTAX Online and LTAX GIS programs of the Department of Local Administration, covering Moo 1 and Moo 13 in Muang Mai Bang Bua Thong Municipality, with no less than 4,500 parcels.

In addition, high-resolution aerial photographs will be created using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) equipped with five-way oblique cameras, and a 3D City Model will be developed to ensure that the data is up-to-date, accurate, and can be used for effective land development planning.

The key objectives of the project are to increase the efficiency of the municipality’s revenue collection, provide services to taxpayers, and use the data for sustainable management and land development planning. Training will be provided to staff to enable them to use the tax map and property registration system fluently.
