โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กสายเลียบคลองชลประทานดี 7 ตอนนอก หมู่ที่ 2 ฝั่งตะวันตกและฝั่งตะวันออก ตำบลชัยมงคล อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กใหม่ ฝั่งตะวันตกมีขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 7.00 – 8.00 เมตร ระยะทางยาว 1,860 เมตร หนา 0.20 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 13,020 ตารางเมตร และฝั่งตะวันออกมีขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 7.00 เมตร ระยะทางยาว 1,870 เมตร หนา 0.20 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 13,090 ตารางเมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 240 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินเป็น 6 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 10,632,000 บาท และต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้าง สาขางานก่อสร้างทาง ไม่น้อยกว่าชั้นที่ 4 ไว้กับกรมบัญชีกลาง การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

This project aims to improve the reinforced concrete pavement of the canal-side road D7, outer section, Moo 2, west and east sides, Chai Mongkol Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Sakhon District, Samut Sakhon Province. The project involves constructing new reinforced concrete pavement. The west side has a pavement width of 7.00 – 8.00 meters, a length of 1,860 meters, and a thickness of 0.20 meters, covering an area of at least 13,020 square meters. The east side has a pavement width of 7.00 meters, a length of 1,870 meters, and a thickness of 0.20 meters, covering an area of at least 13,090 square meters. The contractor must complete the construction within 240 days from the contract signing date. Payment will be divided into 6 installments based on the progress of the work. Bidders must have construction experience of the same type with a value of not less than 10,632,000 Baht and must be registered for road construction work with the Comptroller General’s Department, at least at level 4. The selection of bids will be based on the lowest price.
