หน่วยงานราชการสงวนสิทธิ์ในการสุ่มตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพยา และอาจยกเลิกสัญญาก่อนกำหนดในกรณีที่ผลการตรวจวิเคราะห์ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน, มีการจัดซื้อยาร่วม, ยาถูกเรียกคืนจากท้องตลาด, หรือพบปัญหาคุณภาพที่ส่งผลต่อผู้ป่วย

The technical specifications of the drug must comply with the finished product specification and drug substance specification registered with the Thai FDA, covering items such as Identification, Assay, Preservative content, pH, Uniformity of delivered dose, and Microbial limit tests.
Bidders must submit drug registration documents, manufacturing standard certifications (PIC/S or equivalent), drug quality analysis results, and samples as specified. Delivered drugs must have a shelf life of at least 1 year from the delivery date, and the bidder guarantees the quality of the drug and agrees to replace it if it expires or deteriorates prematurely.
The government agency reserves the right to conduct random quality analysis and may terminate the contract prematurely if the analysis results do not meet the standards, there is a joint purchase of drugs, the drug is recalled from the market, or quality problems are found that affect patients.
