โครงการประกวดราคาซื้อเครื่องสร้างสัญญาณการมอดูเลทแอมพลิจูดพัลส์ (Pulse Amplitude Modulation, PAM) จำนวน 1 เครื่อง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่ใช้งานมานานและเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าของจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 12,249,200 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคล มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่ระบุ และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบเครื่องภายใน 180 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการรับประกันสินค้าเป็นเวลา 1 ปี โครงการนี้เน้นการพิจารณาจากราคาเป็นหลัก

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the procurement of one Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) signal generator.
