โครงการปรับปรุงระบบส่งน้ำดิบนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภคบริโภคในพื้นที่เทศบาลตำบลปลาโหล อำเภอวาริชภูมิ จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยครอบคลุมพื้นที่ บ้านพังฮอ หมู่ที่ 1, หมู่ที่ 2, บ้านปลาโหล หมู่ที่ 4, บ้านปลาโหลน้อย หมู่ที่ 10, บ้านโคกศาลา หมู่ที่ 8 และบ้านพรสวรรค์ หมู่ที่ 13 โครงการนี้จะทำการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงระบบส่งน้ำดิบ รวมถึงการวางท่อส่งน้ำ และโรงสูบน้ำ โดยมีรายละเอียดการทดสอบดินเพื่อพิจารณาโครงสร้างฐานรากของโรงสูบน้ำ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการทดสอบดิน (Standard Penetration Test) และจัดทำรายงานผลการทดสอบโดยวิศวกรโยธา (ระดับวุฒิวิศวกร) เพื่อให้มั่นใจในความมั่นคงแข็งแรงของโครงสร้าง นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามแบบที่กำหนด

This raw water supply system improvement project aims to solve the problem of water shortage for consumption in the area of Pla Lo Subdistrict Municipality, Waritchaphum District, Sakon Nakhon Province. The project covers Ban Phang Ho Village No. 1, Village No. 2, Ban Pla Lo Village No. 4, Ban Pla Lo Noi Village No. 10, Ban Khok Sala Village No. 8, and Ban Phon Sawan Village No. 13. This project will construct and improve the raw water supply system, including laying water pipes and building a pumping station. Soil testing is a significant detail to decide structure of pumping station. The contractor must perform a soil test (Standard Penetration Test) and prepare a test result report by a civil engineer (professional level) to ensure the stability of the structure. In addition, the project also includes the installation of project signs as specified.
