โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กเลียบคลองชล เชื่อมระหว่างบ้านทุ่งเจ้าเหนือ หมู่ ๑๓ และบ้านทุ่งเจ้าใต้ หมู่ ๑๘ ในตำบลแม่เปา อำเภอพญาเม็งราย จังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรและขนส่งให้แก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการมีขนาดความกว้าง 4.00 เมตร, ความยาว 1,000.00 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 4,000.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมไหล่ทางข้างละ 0.25 เมตร และป้ายโครงการ 1 ป้าย ตามแบบมาตรฐาน ทถ.-๒-๒๐๖ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 953,600.00 บาท และต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR ระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้าง 90 วัน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 2 ปี กำหนดการจ่ายเงินเป็น 1 งวดเมื่องานแล้วเสร็จทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีวิศวกรโยธา ระดับภาคีวิศวกร ในอัตราไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 10 ของแต่ละสาขาช่าง แต่ต้องมีจำนวนช่างอย่างน้อย 1 คนในแต่ละสาขาช่าง

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road along the irrigation canal connecting Ban Thung Chao Nuea, Village No. 13, and Ban Thung Chao Tai, Village No. 18, in Mae Pao Subdistrict, Phaya Mengrai District, Chiang Rai Province. The objective is to facilitate transportation for the local residents. The road will be 4.00 meters wide, 1,000.00 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, with a surface area of at least 4,000.00 square meters, including 0.25-meter shoulders on each side and one project sign according to standard drawing Tor Thor. 2-206. Bidders must have prior construction experience of the same type with a budget of no less than 953,600.00 THB and meet the qualifications specified in the TOR. The construction period is 90 days, with a 2-year warranty for defects. Payment will be made in one installment upon completion of all work. The contractor must have a licensed civil engineer with a professional engineer level of not less than 10 percent in each field. Must have at least 1 engineer in each field.
