โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) พร้อมรางระบายน้ำรูปตัวยู บนถนนเมืองชุมพร 7 ฝั่งขวา ตั้งแต่บริเวณสี่แยกเนตรประไพไปจนสุดเขตเทศบาล มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและระบบระบายน้ำของเมืองชุมพรให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างถนน ค.ส.ล. ผิวจราจรกว้าง 9.00 เมตร (รวมรางระบายน้ำเดิม) หรือมีพื้นที่ก่อสร้างไม่น้อยกว่า 3,486.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมรางระบายน้ำรูปตัวยู ขนาดกว้าง 1.00 เมตร ลึกเฉลี่ย 1.20 เมตร ระยะทางรวม 498.00 เมตร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตรวจสอบแนวเขตก่อสร้าง ทำหลักหมุดเขตทางสาธารณะ และรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยบริเวณก่อสร้าง และใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road (R.C.) with U-shaped drainage channels on the right side of Muang Chumphon 7 Road, from Netpraphai Intersection to the municipal boundary. The objective is to improve the infrastructure and drainage system of Chumphon city. The scope of work includes constructing a 9.00-meter-wide R.C. road surface (including the existing drainage channel), with a construction area of at least 3,486.00 square meters, along with a U-shaped drainage channel with a width of 1.00 meter and an average depth of 1.20 meters, totaling 498.00 meters in length. The contractor is responsible for inspecting the construction boundaries, establishing public land boundary markers, and bearing all related expenses. Additionally, the contractor must implement safety measures at the construction site and use materials produced domestically for no less than 60% of the total material value.
