This project aims to construct a reinforced concrete box culvert in Soi Chaitale 10, Pak Phanang Municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. Details include:

1. Construction of a reinforced concrete box culvert according to the Department of Local Administration (DLA) standard design No. Tor Tor-5-201, sheet 76, with dimensions of 1.30 meters width, 0.80 meters depth, and 60.00 meters length.
2. Construction alignment and levels to be determined during execution.
3. Reinforced concrete work must comply with the local road construction standards of the Department of Provincial Administration, Ministry of Interior, using ready-mixed concrete with a compressive strength of at least 280 kg/sq cm at 28 days.
4. Drainage ditch work must comply with the design, using ready-mixed concrete with a compressive strength of at least 240 kg/sq cm at 28 days.
5. If there are issues with other utilities, the contractor must coordinate directly and be responsible for the costs incurred.
6. In case of conflicting design details, the decision of the inspection committee and the site supervisor is final.
7. Clean the construction area before the final handover.
8. The contractor must use domestic materials for at least 60% of the total material value and use domestic steel for at least 90% of the total steel required.
