Invitation to bid for the procurement of equipment for irrigation projects, including:

1. Readout Unit with Data Logger: For reading values from Vibrating Wire Electric Piezometers. Key features include a portable design with microprocessor control, memory storage of at least 2,000 readings, a signal circuit check system, a versatile LCD display (Engineering Units, Period, Frequency, Pressure values), a rechargeable battery with a minimum of 10 hours of operation per charge, and software for transferring data to external computers.

2. Water Level Indicator or Dip Meter with Tape: For measuring water levels in Observation Wells or Open Standpipe Piezometers. The tape length is at least 30 meters, made of rust-resistant material, with clear distance markings, and easily retractable.

3. V-Notch Weir Plate, Energy Dissipation Plate, and Water Level Scale: For Seepage Flow Meters, consisting of a stainless steel V-Notch Weir plate, a perforated Stilling plate, and a Water Level Scale displaying water depth and volume.

Bidders must be authorized dealers or distributors with experience in installing dam behavior measurement instruments in at least 2 projects and provide a minimum 2-year warranty on all equipment parts.
