เทศบาลตำบลฝายกวาง จังหวัดพะเยา มีความประสงค์ที่จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะแบบเปิดข้างเทท้าย ขนาด 5 ตัน 6 ล้อ จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อทดแทนรถบรรทุกขยะเดิมที่มีสภาพเก่าและชำรุด เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดเก็บขยะมูลฝอยในพื้นที่ 17 หมู่บ้าน ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีปริมาณขยะประมาณ 2 ตันต่อวัน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการเก็บขนขยะมูลฝอย ลดปัญหาขยะตกค้าง และลดผลกระทบต่อประชาชน รวมถึงแก้ไขปัญหาเรื่องกลิ่นเหม็นและแหล่งเพาะพันธุ์พาหะนำโรคต่างๆ ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบรถภายใน 120 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะจ่าย 1 งวดเมื่อส่งมอบรถเรียบร้อยและใช้งานได้ตามปกติ ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคา โดยมีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 2,235,000 บาท

Fay Kwang Municipality, Phayao Province, intends to procure 1 side-dumping garbage truck, 5 tons, 6 wheels, with a cylinder capacity of not less than 6,000 cc, or a maximum engine power of not less than 170 kilowatts, to replace the old and damaged existing garbage trucks. This is to improve the efficiency of waste collection in 17 villages, which currently has a waste volume of approximately 2 tons per day. The main objectives of this project are to increase the efficiency of waste collection, reduce waste accumulation, and reduce the impact on the public, including solving problems with odors and breeding grounds for disease vectors. Interested bidders must have the qualifications as required by law, such as being legally capable, not being bankrupt, and must register in the e-GP system. Bidders must deliver the truck within 120 days from the date of signing the contract. Payment will be made in 1 installment when the truck is delivered and can be used normally. The winning bidder will be considered based on the price criteria, with a median price of 2,235,000 baht.
