โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) สายกลางดง ซอย 8/1 ในหมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลกุยเหนือ อำเภอกุยบุรี จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 230.00 เมตร พร้อมทั้งปรับปรุงพื้นทางและวางท่อระบายน้ำคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) ขนาด 0.40 เมตร จำนวน 12 ท่อน และการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบก่อสร้างที่แนบมา โดยมีรายละเอียดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุในแบบ เช่น การใช้คอนกรีตที่มีกำลังอัดประลัยไม่น้อยกว่า 240 กก./ตร.ซม. การใช้เหล็กเสริมคอนกรีตตามมาตรฐาน มอก. และการทำรอยต่อถนน (Joint) ตามที่กำหนด โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและอำนวยความสะดวกในการคมนาคมขนส่งในพื้นที่
